For US staffing agencies

Your next client just re-posted a job they can't fill.

We watch every job posting in your trade. When a company re-advertises a role it failed to fill, you get the hiring manager's name and direct email the same day.

Free. No call, no card, no obligation.
Ten real vacancies in your trade, with the buyer named.

The problem

Your recruiters aren't the bottleneck.

The constraint has never been candidates — it's job orders. Yet business development still means working a list your competitors already bought, calling companies with no reason to care today.

A list tells you who exists. It never tells you who's ready.
The signal

Nobody advertises the same job twice for fun.

A re-post means the first attempt failed, the need didn't go away, and the budget is still sitting there.

How it runs

You take the calls. We do everything before them.

01

We watch

Licensed job-posting data, refreshed daily, filtered to your trade and your geography. Never scraped.

02

We find the buyer

The person who owns the requisition — name, title, verified direct email. Not a switchboard.

03

We run the outreach

Written around the actual vacancy and sent from our infrastructure, not yours. Replies come straight to you.

The comparison you're actually making

You were going to hire someone for this.

Most agencies solve this by hiring someone. Here's that decision with the numbers attached.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Where does the data come from? Is it legal?
Licensed job-posting and business-contact data from established providers — never scraped from LinkedIn or anywhere else. We're a UK company operating under UK GDPR, and all outreach complies with CAN-SPAM: real postal address, honest headers, opt-outs honoured within ten days. Every opt-out is permanent and survives every future campaign.
How is this different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
They sell you a database — the same one your competitors bought. We don't sell records at all. We watch for the moment a company becomes a buyer and tell you that week. A contact is worth almost nothing; knowing that a company re-advertised a role they failed to fill is worth a phone call.
What counts as a "qualified call"?
A booked call in your calendar with someone who owns the hiring decision at a company matching your trade and territory — a hiring manager, HR director or talent lead. Not a lead, not a form fill, not a gatekeeper.
What if you don't hit ten in a month?
The shortfall rolls into the next month and you're not charged extra for it. If we book six, you start the following month owing fourteen. You never pay for calls you didn't get, and you can cancel at any point regardless.
Do you email from my domain?
No, and we'd advise against anyone who offers to. We send from our own warmed domains and infrastructure. If a campaign goes badly, the damage lands on us — your domain reputation is never on the line. Replies come straight to you.
Will you work with my competitors?
Not in the same trade and territory. When you sign, your niche and patch are locked — we won't take another agency placing the same roles in the same market. That's a hard commitment, and it's the reason we take on a limited number of clients.
How quickly does it start?
Signals start flowing the week you sign. First booked calls typically land in week two — the delay is sequencing and reply time, not setup.
What do you need from me?
Your trade, your territory, and roughly what a placement is worth to you. That's enough to build the target list. Around thirty minutes in the first week, then nothing but taking the calls.
